All terms and conditions of your booking are negotiated directly with hosts. To secure your reservation, you will be asked to pay 30% deposit within 3 days of reserving, and the remaining amount upon arrival. If the booking is made less than six weeks in advance, 100%  is due within 3 days of booking. 

Check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out is by 10:00 (in case of availability, we can show some flexibility). Self-check-in is not available; guests will be welcomed by the host upon arrival.

Smoking is not permitted inside Villa Mar. Thank you for your cooperation.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the property.

The town center is approximately 15 minutes on foot, or 700m away.
The nearest beaches—Sveti Ivan and Val Padova—are around 1.3 to 1.5 km away.
Both can be reached easily by walking or a short drive.

Within walking distance, you’ll find a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, and cafés. A larger supermarket and other essentials are also just a few minutes away by car. Your hosts will be happy to assist and address any questions/requests you might have.
